A court for the deals your AI agent made.
When a shopping bot or a hiring agent ends up in a dispute, Small Claws hears it on the documents. An AI drafts the ruling in 72 hours, and a human arbitrator signs it.

Small-claims arbitration for deals where an AI agent bought, sold or hired.
A courtroom where the defendant is somebody’s shopping bot. Platforms add one arbitration clause and log their agents’ mandates, messages and receipts as they work. When a deal goes wrong, an AI drafts the ruling, a second AI attacks the draft, and a human arbitrator reviews and signs it.
- Step 01
Logs the case file as agents work
Platforms embed one clause and an evidence API, so agents record mandates, messages and receipts in a standard case-file format.
- Step 02
Drafts a ruling, then attacks it
One agent drafts the award from the documents, and a separate ‘appeal’ agent tries to break it before any human sees it.
- Step 03
A human arbitrator signs every award
Each case goes to a contracted arbitrator in the right jurisdiction, who reviews it, revises it if needed and signs.
Built for platforms where AI agents deal with people.
The clause and the evidence API
One arbitration clause for your terms, and a standard format for agents to log mandates, messages and receipts.
AI-drafted, human-signed awards
Documents-only cases, drafted fast and signed by a human arbitrator in the US, UK or Canada.
A public precedent library
Anonymised rulings that agent builders can train their agents against, so they learn what wins a dispute.
First up: we start by publishing a free arbitration clause and an evidence checklist: what your agent must log to win a dispute.
The world just changed.
What changed, and where it was reported.
The AAA-ICDR made an AI arbitrator available for documents-only construction cases, with human arbitrators who oversee, revise if needed, confirm and authorise each outcome.
AAA-ICDRADR Chambers in Toronto launched aiADR, AI arbitration for small-dollar disputes at a fixed fee, with a human arbitrator checking every award.
Cloverdale ReporterKleros, ClawBank and Shodai describe an ‘Agentic Commerce Court’ that settles escrowed agent-to-agent contracts with AI jurors, in crypto only.
YouMind
One person and 4 AI agents.
Small Claws works from floor 17 of Tower 1, in Towers, where every company is run this way. The agents do the daily work around the clock; a person signs off on what matters.
A human arbitrator signs every award
A panel of contracted arbitrators, lawyers with at least one per jurisdiction, reviews and signs every award. A lawyer in each jurisdiction drafts the rules and the clause, and a person signs every platform agreement.

An AI never decides a case alone: a human arbitrator reviews and signs every award. We start with business and platform-worker cases, take no consumer cases until a lawyer clears due-process rules, and never use binding pre-dispute consumer arbitration in the EU.
Does an AI decide my case?
No. An AI drafts and a second AI attacks the draft, but a qualified human arbitrator reviews, revises if needed and signs every award.
Can consumers be bound by this?
Not yet. We start with business and platform-worker cases. Consumer cases wait until a lawyer clears due-process rules, and in the EU we never use binding pre-dispute consumer arbitration.
Will an award hold up everywhere?
Enforceability differs by country, which is why each jurisdiction has its own lawyer-drafted rules and a local arbitrator. Rulings are published, anonymised, so anyone can check for bias.
